Our Policies


Our customers are extremely important to us!  Nothing makes us happier than being contacted regarding our ornaments. We'll return your message quickly, often within minutes, and create and ship your order as soon as humanly possible.  Above all, we value your complete satisfaction with your order and want you to come back for more!  We take pride in our unique product and are dedicated to offering a happy experience!


It's our sincere wish to deliver your order in a timely manner.  We take great pride in fantastic customer service and our goal is to place your order in the mail as soon as we possibly can.  Most items in our shop are already created, ready to be finished (personalized) when orders come in so typically your order will be shipped within 2 business days after being received. Exceptions would be large orders (6-12 or more ornaments) or bulk wedding or baptism orders.  If I have created a custom listing for you for a large number of ornaments, turn around will most likely be at least 7-14 days.  Please keep in mind that turn around times will start to extend as the holidays approach due to the large volume of orders received. 

We consider it our responsibility to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.  Each item will be separately and carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a sturdy cardboard box.

I will ship internationally to anywhere. If you don't live in the United States please contact me with your mailing address and I will create a custom listing for you with the exact amount of shipping to your location. Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes or fees levied by your country. I ship worldwide to countries that accept PayPal. I ship using the United States Postal Service First Class International shipping. You may request additional shipping services at your expense. Please be sure that your address in PayPal is up to date. I cannot be responsible if your address in PayPal is incorrect or outdated.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be 100% happy with your order! If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason whatsoever, please contact us so that we can make it right either by replacement or refund. 

If an item was damaged in shipping please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photographs of the damaged items and all of the original packaging and we will cheerfully replace the damaged item at no cost to you! 

We value each and every customer and your happiness is extremely important to us.  Regarding disputes, every situation is handled on an individual basis and we will assist  in any way we can to come to a happy solution for all parties involved.
